11. YouTube API Services

Our internal publishing tool ClipEngine uses YouTube API Services to upload short videos to YouTube channels that Saspire owns or manages. By authorising ClipEngine you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

• Data accessed: the basic channel identity (channel ID and title) of the account that authorises the tool, used only to confirm which channel a video is uploaded to.
• Data sent: the video file and its title, description, tags, privacy status and paid-promotion flag.
• Storage: OAuth access and refresh tokens are stored only on our own computer, outside any shared or version-controlled folder, and are never shared with third parties. We do not collect analytics, comments or any data about other YouTube users.
• Sharing: YouTube API data is not sold or shared with anyone.
• Revoking access: you can revoke ClipEngine's access at any time via Google security settings. Revoked tokens stop working immediately, and we delete stored tokens on request by email.
